However, if ice-cream is one of your absolute favourites, and you’re eating a wide variety of nutritious meals, then opting to have a small scoop every night might be better for your sanity.
It’s all about restraint not restriction.
Be mindful in your consumption, instead of cutting out foods because someone says they’re ‘bad’.
