There are so many conflicting messages regarding dieting, fitness and health.
You have to lose weight. You don’t have to lose weight. You can be big and be healthy. You can’t be big and be healthy.
So what are you supposed to do?
The thing to remember, is your physical body is not the only indicator of your health. We can’t tell, how healthy a person is by the size of their body.
People of completely different sizes can both be suffering from illnesses, that’s why it’s important to look at your holistic health.
